The Stone Child ••Happy 4th••
Ok so I picked this book out last minute, it had caught my eye on my way out of the library. The cover had me thinking that it was going to be strange and have its own story. Well in a way it was exactly that, the idea was incredibly amazing. It some ways the though of it sent chills up my spine… But the book overall really wasn’t too spectacular, it was odd and for that it was interesting and I don’t regret reading it. Now to the downsides of the book: It was extremely hard to get through at first, I had to seriously force myself the read the first six chapter. After I got through the first six it started getting a little better and easier to handle, but still wasn’t very exciting I was expecting the type of “Setting on the edge of your chair, can’t stop looking at the page” trills. But it had turned out to be far from it… Unlike the very beginning and most parts during the book the ending was very well. It had the action scene that made you want to keep reading to see if it actually happens, it had the mystery after the action scene and then finally it had the happy ending for everyone. I do suggest this book for readers between the ages of 9 and 13 for they may like it. But I do not believe it is advanced enough for a reader older than that. But if you plan on reading it anyway, that’s fine don’t let me stop. Just stop by afterward and give me your opinion on it :) Thank you for reading and enjoy!

Introduction: Me and The Book
Me and The Book, where do I begin? Well I guess I’ll start with my passion for reading, I’ve always loved it and hope I always will. For reading is something I grew up with, I started at 7 and haven’t stopped since. I can remember just about every book experience from my first book to the one I finished this morning. My county library is sometimes like a second home to me, I can sit there for hours researching books, picking books, and then of course reading them. It has just recently come across my mind that I should start reviewing them, and I decided to follow through with it… It started with a book I saw on one of the shelves at the library last week; the cover had caught my eye. So I looked over the reviews on the back cover, lovely as normal. That’s when I hiked it over to the computers, now again all the online reviews for both the author and book were very well. 4 stars by some critics 5 star from others. I took it home and started moving my way through it. Nah-uh not as good as they said it would be. Lies all over again, third time that has happened to me in the past 2 months: And I’m sure you know exactly what I’m talking about if you are any kind of large reader. Anyone who has researched a book for reviews and read that all the reviews were great, but came to find out the book wasn’t as good knows exactly how I feel and will be happy to know that there is some type of a ‘cure’ if you will… Me, because that’s where I come in.
I review books, any type of book that catches my eye will do. I break them down a little and point things out as they are, I give a more detailed review and hope they it comes in hand for you. Once I get going a little more and post some of the most recent books I have read I can start taking orders, if you want a book reviewed. Just let me know…
My reviews are my own personal opinion on the books themselves, not the authors or writing ideas. My reviews may not be accurate for some people for each individual is different. But if you want to know how well the book is written and how well the idea plays in the mind and just how well the book is overall I do suggest you read. But beware for I may give away a few spoilers during the process ;)
Thank you for reading my introduction and I hope you continue to look for coming reviews for I do plan on updating as often as I can :) Thanks again
